The ‘Non-conforming Building Products – An introduction’ presentation is about the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991’s, non-conforming building product legislation. It explains what a non-conforming building product is, who are ‘persons in the chain of responsibility’ for building products, and the duties the legislation imposes on them.
