Window Shading Association of Australia (WSAA) Celebrates New Partnership with Australian Made Campaign (AMCL)
The Window Shading Association of Australia (WSAA) is delighted to announce a groundbreaking partnership with the Australian Made Campaign (AMCL), designating WSAA as the newest Industry Partner. This collaboration marks a significant development in fostering the growth of the window furnishings industry in Australia.
As the unified voice for manufacturers and retailers within the window furnishings sector, WSAA actively advocates for its diverse membership at both national and state levels. Representing a wide spectrum of businesses, from small family enterprises to prominent national corporations, WSAA is dedicated to promoting and fortifying the interests of the industry.
Australian Made Chief Executive, Ben Lazzaro, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to collaborate with the Blind Manufacturers’ Association of Australia to bolster the Australian blinds, awnings, and shutters manufacturing sector. According to IBIS World, Australia’s window coverings manufacturing industry injects an estimated $842 million annually into the local economy and provides employment for nearly 3,000 individuals.
